Playing soccer with awful injuries
Have any of you played soccer matches while having injuries? A few years ago, I could play a soccer match without wearing shinguards and boots (cleats.)
Now, I just don't know if it's possible.

Anyway, but I must cite that soccer players risk losing their bones if they do not exercise their bodies and take advantage of good nutrients. Can a soccer player develop good bones with the proper nutrients. I will say no. This work has some decent tips.
