Chesting or heading a soccer ball?

Which technique do you possibly value? I think chesting a soccer ball can be very hard as compared to heading it. Many overweight midfielders lack the energy to jump high and score goals from headers though. Laughing

Yeah like midfielders are the only ones who score goals through headers. I think chesting a soccer ball takes patience and a good technique. Firmly standing on the field and positioning yourself is important. Wink

Good header coming from Craig Bellamy the Manchester City striker. Nani from Manchester United looks on. hahaha, wow he is up in the air.

Chesting a soccer ball before doing a bicycle kick is always beneficial in my opinion. Ronaldinho executed a move like that a few years ago.

Some tiny slim soccer players cannot even head soccer balls.
