Manchester United always destined to win EPL titles?

This season is looking good for Chelsea FC though and I think Manchester United will encounter some problems. I think Manchester is not always destined to win cups just like the rest of the English Premier League teams. Do you think just because of Wayne Rooney and Alex Ferguson, the Red Devils deserve consecutive titles?

From watching the stats at Yahoo Sports, Man U has 60 points but Chelsea has 61. I feel bad for Liverpool this year though cos they are winning nothing. Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham are all ahead of them in points.

Rooney needs to score more often for United or else Fergie will not win any title soon. There he goes giving players problems... the West Ham player cannot handle the power.
